  Although technically not clients of hers (she was acting for the vendor), Cheryl was extremely proactive in pushing our purchase forward. She was friendly, reliable, always helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic. Cheryl kept us informed all along the line and even left us a charming housewarming gift! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her service, should you be thinking of putting a property on the market.

Although, I am not sure who you are or how you are linked to the contract holder or the property, so I don’t feel comfortable responding to an unknown person, but as you have given us a 1 star review, will respond somewhat. We moved the tenant (as they were then known) into the property in December 2015 on a let only basis, meaning that the landlord dealt with the tenants after we moved them in. Our dealing with this property arose again in 2024, when we were approached by the landlord saying they were struggling with the contract and contract holder due to a number of reasons, which we agreed to help with. Our on boarding process discovered several things to resolve which we began to undertake. The landlord wanted the property back to be able to sell due to personal circumstances, so notice was served to the contract holder. During our involvement, we have tried to resolve certain issues, with generally no avail, as the view of someone was it could be dealt with after the contract has ended. The contract was signed as a person, not a charity. A charity running a contract would involve amending paperwork, which neither SA Property or the landlord have been notified to do. We as a company have tried our best to accommodate both parties to facilitate an amicable exit, however not everyone has seen our help as an opportunity to utilise. We have tried as we always do to provide the best service possible to both landlord and contract holder, but I fear in this instance our re introduction was too late and the relationship between landlord and contract holder was irreparable and now we suffer the 1-star review from an unknow person. As previously said, I do not know who you are and more to the point you do not know who we are, you have never dealt with us (as far as I am aware) to have experienced our service and therefore I do not agree with your 1-star review. I will also say that we always promote our reviews and responses, and this will be no exception as we have nothing that we feel we have done to warrant such a review from an unknow person or the contract holder. I would also welcome you to contact us directly to discuss any issues that you or the contract holder feels are an issue and maybe this should have been done before posting a review
