Ben started his estate agency career in 2000, working for a large corporate estate agent in the West Midlands. Moving back to Swansea in 2011, Ben then worked for a well known large independent agent in the area. In 2013 he opened the doors to his own estate agency in Swansea, offering a personal and individual experience for clients looking to sell, buy, rent or let. Gail (Ben's wife) joined SA Property in 2017. Her job is too look after the rental payments, internal accounts and invoicing. Gail mainly works from home and part time but ensures that accounts and payments are completed. If you have any queries on payments or banking, then you can get in touch with Gail.
Sophia plays a key role in both the sales and lettings side of SA Property. Often the first voice you'll hear when calling the office, she handles enquiries, books appointments, and makes sure every client feels welcome from the start.
When she’s not in the office, Sophia is out on the road—carrying out viewings, conducting property inspections, and meeting clients face-to-face. Her approachable manner and attention to detail make her a valued part of the team, helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants feel supported at every stage of their property journey.
