At SA Property, we've never built our business around trophies, awards ceremonies, or paying for recognition.

Since opening our doors in 2013, we've focused on something much simpler: looking after people properly.

That's why we're incredibly proud to have been recognised as a Trusted Agent 2025/26, placing SA Property among the top 10% of estate agent offices in the UK for client reputation.

For us, this recognition is particularly meaningful because it reflects what our clients think of us, not what we say about ourselves.

Why This Recognition Is Different

Over the years, SA Property has been fortunate enough to receive a number of industry awards and recognitions.

Most recently, we were awarded Silver for Sales in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2027, which was a fantastic achievement and something we are genuinely proud of.

However, what stood out to us about Trusted Agent was its simplicity.

There was no application form to complete.

No lengthy submission process.

No presentation to prepare.

No judging panel to impress.

In fact, we didn't even enter.

Trusted Agent is awarded using independent data gathered from publicly available customer reviews across platforms including Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo.

Reviews are assessed based on quality, consistency, volume and recency, with only the top-performing offices making the final list.

Put simply:

Either the data says you're one of the UK's most trusted estate agents, or it doesn't.

We like that.

When almost all of your business comes from recommendations, reputation isn't just important – it's everything.

At SA Property, around 99% of our business comes from referrals, recommendations and repeat clients.

A landlord recommends us to another landlord.

Over the years, these relationships have become the foundation on which our business has been built.

We've never tried to be the biggest estate agency.

From a Small Office Behind a Solicitor's...

When SA Property was founded in January 2013, it started in a small office tucked away behind a solicitor's practice.

There were no grand plans to become a large corporate agency.

The goal was simple: provide honest advice, work hard for clients, communicate properly, and treat people the way we would want to be treated ourselves.

Over the years, we have grown into a well-established independent estate and letting agency serving Swansea and the surrounding areas.

We've helped thousands of people buy, sell, rent and let property across South West Wales.

We've navigated difficult chains, challenging markets, changing legislation, and countless unexpected twists that property transactions can throw at you.

Throughout all of that, our approach has remained remarkably simple:
